1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item was purchased directly from https://wellbuilt.ink
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Downloadable or digital goods
- Health and wellness products that have been opened
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
6. Exchanges
